How do I place an order?

Shopping with Lumina is simple. Browse our latest collections, select your preferred size and colour, add the item to your shopping bag, and proceed to our secure checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, our Customer Care team may be able to assist with changes. Please contact us as soon as possible for the best chance of updating your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can also visit the Track Order page to check your delivery status at any time.

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on your destination and customs processing.

Yes. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they remain unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
